Shipping policy

Orders are fulfilled by our supplier in Los Angeles and ship within 1 to 4 business days of purchase.

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Transit times vary by carrier and destination but are typically 3 to 7 business days after fulfillment.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us at zech@deadground.co and we will work with you to resolve it.
