Shipping policy

Where we ship from

Every order ships from Milwaukie, Oregon, just outside Portland. We buy from our suppliers, hold our own inventory, and pack orders ourselves. Nothing is dropshipped.

Processing time

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 4 business days. If your order will be delayed beyond that, we'll email you.

Shipping rates and timing

All orders ship via USPS. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and include $1 to cover packaging. Orders of $100 or more ship free. Domestic delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days after processing.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. If that changes, this page will say so.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, email zech@deadground.co and we'll make it right. Include your order number.
