Refund policy

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in original condition within 14 days of delivery. Items must be free of odor, pet hair, and visible wear.

To start a return, email zech@deadground.co with your order number and reason for return. We will reply within 2 business days with instructions.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

We are a small operation and we stand behind what we make. If something is wrong with your order, reach out and we will make it right.
